Return or Exchange

Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. All products are non-refundable.

In the event of dispute, Cherrino reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein, and Cherrino had the right to make final and conclusive decision.

Exchange Service

If you have discovered that the item purchased is defective or damaged, you have the right to ask for an exchange.

  • We provide exchange service of defective products within 5 days upon receipt of delivery. Each order is eligible to exchange for one time only.
  • Products can be exchanged if the following conditions are fulfilled:
    1. With manufacturing defects
    2. Unused
    3. With all parts originally included with the product
    4. With original packaging intact
  • Please contact us through live chat or email (cs@cherrino.com) to apply for an exchange. To speed up the exchange process, please provide your order number and the proof of defects in your message.
  • Once we confirm the exchange request, please return the defective item(s) to our designated collection point within 7 days. You will be responsible for the costs(e.g. transportation costs etc.) for returning your item. The returning costs are non-refundable.
  • We will inspect your returned item once we received it. If your returned item is eligible for an exchange, we will notify you through email and deliver the new item to you within 7 days. Cherrino will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the new item.
