Delivery

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a notification via email with a tracking number. You can check the shipment status by clicking on the link “Shipping Tracking Number” in the email, or visiting the SF Express website to check the shipping status with the SF tracking number.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Your package is expected to be delivered within 1–3 business days after the items have been packed and picked up by the delivery carrier.

You will receive an SMS notification from the delivery carrier when your items have arrived at the service point and are ready for pickup.

Product Availability

If the item is listed as “In Stock”, it will usually be ready to ship within 1–2 business days. If an item happens to be unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified via email or Whatsapp. During holidays or due to other factors such as typhoons, or black rain, some “In Stock” items may have a longer lead time to prepare for shipment.
